To support and simplify the reporting process and requests for support and assistance for the community, we use a "support ticket system".
Each report and request for support/assistance will be assigned a ticket number which you can use to track progress and responses online.
For reference, we provide a complete archive and history of all your support/assistance requests. A valid email is required to be able to submit tickets.
